Getting Chilly?!?

It's all relative, of course, but it seems to be getting chilly in Ashgabat. This morning it was in the upper 70s when I left for work, and it's been topping out in the mid-nineties. I wonder if, just like the mild winter, this summer is going to wind up being more mild than normal...In any case, it's far chillier than expected!
