Yesterday we went to the Colorado State Capitol building to get a tour from my friend Dr. Derek Everett. The history prof. was scheduled to lecture a group pf fourth graders from Aurora. The kids were really well-behaved and Ruth Anne fit right in.
We learned among other things that the rotunda of the statehouse is the same height as the national capitol in DC.
